Started from a stuck valve.

Cerablock started as an engineering problem, not a marketing idea: hard-water scale was quietly wrecking fixtures, water heaters, and appliance valves years before anyone noticed. Salt-based softeners worked, but needed plumbing changes, ongoing salt, and maintenance most homeowners weren't equipped for.

The question became: could conditioning happen inline, with no salt and no moving parts, and could we prove — on a fixed timeline — that it was actually working?

The result is the Cerablock capsule: a single serialized unit, bracket-mounted inline on your supply line, that runs a fixed 15-day cycle every time it's installed. It doesn't turn on and stay on — it moves through conditioning, dissolution, and protection in a specific order, because that's the order scale actually responds to.

Every kit ships with two hardness test strips, so the proof isn't a claim on the box — it's a number you read off the water yourself.

Three things we won't compromise on.

No salt, ever

Salt-based softening works, but it adds sodium to your water and needs a drain line most homes don't have ready. Cerablock never touches your water chemistry that way.

A fixed, honest cycle

15 days, three stages, in order. We don't extend the timeline to make results look bigger than they are.
